I would recommend Bud Hurley to anyone who is interested in remodeling, additions or custom built. We have used him on many projects for our Highlands home. He has an amazing vision and will work with the client to make sure they’re happy in every way. I never felt overwhelmed with the projects. He always kept us informed on costs and deadlines. Bud Hurley was delight to work with. he was very professional. Very easy to talk to. Cost conscious for the consumer but did not cut any corners. Bud built my house in 2009-10 in east Memphis. It was a huge project, but one I really enjoyed, as it was my opportunity to make everything the way I wanted it. Who would not enjoy getting to design your dream home? Bud was great to work with and was very responsive to my concerns. When issues arose, Bud worked hard to correct them. Bud was also able to keep the project within budget in most areas, Where we went over budget, as I knew we would, it was on things I had chosen to upgrade, so the overruns were expected. Several other builders looked at my plans, but their estimates were considerably higher than Bud’s. If I had to sum up what I think Bud gives you in one word, I would say “value”. The house has been amazing to live in. We get many compliments on it, and it has been featured in several articles. It is truly something that I show off with pride and look forward to many great years in. If I could do it all over, I would definitely use Bud and ArcCon again.
Bud Hurley built a home for us. The construction was excellent and site management was excellent as well. All services were in a timely manner and the attitudes of everyone working on the project were courteous and upbeat. Bud Hurley is fun and easy to work with . One could not ask for a builder with more integrity . If we were going to build another home Arc Con Construction would be the business we would contract with.
